Regional Sales Manager

Job Description

1. Based on the regional market situation, develop regional sales strategies, lead the team, and achieve the business targets set by the company;

2. Responsible for maintaining customers in the development area and deeply exploring the potential needs of major customers;

3. Regularly report the sales situation within the region and the next stage of sales plan;

4. Responsible for training, assisting, and managing agents within the region;

5. Cooperate with the marketing department to complete the annual market plan;

6. Complete the assessment according to the company's performance evaluation requirements.

Note: This position is Regional Sales Manager, stationed in South China, North China, East China, and Northwest regions

Qualifications for the position

1. College degree or above, major in biopharmaceuticals, chemistry or related fields, with at least 3 years of work experience preferred;

2. Require a rigorous and serious work attitude, with adaptability, planning ability, and sales planning ability;

3. Has good communication and collaboration skills, as well as strong team spirit.
